just to set the record straight , Orlando Harley east on lake underhill has been my local dealer since I purchased my electra glide classic in 2012, their service department has done a lot of work on my bike as fare as add ons and chrome complete chrome front end with big bars braided lines chrome controles crome calibures chrome rotors and the list goes on. last Friday I went to drop of my bike for tire replacement and there was a problem and I ended up leaving with my bike this was do to a misunderstanding , the person I had spoken to on the phone was not there, how ever the service manager Bob McNamamara reached out to me to get things taken care of and I am glad that he did that , I have never had any problems with this dealership . Service Manager Bob Mcnamamaras concern for my leaving just proves to me this is the same place that I have enjoyed going to for the last nine years , they are good people . they have my business hands down. thanks Bob.
